A very beautiful facility where patients are very well cared for in the Glycines unit (Alzheimer's ward). Truly, nothing to complain about; a big thank you to the entire team. However, in the hospital's palliative care unit, where our beloved loved one passed away, it was a disaster. There was no communication between the afternoon and evening shifts. There was no mortuary, so we had to find a funeral home quickly. When they arrived, nothing was ready, it was chaos, and to top it all off, they let my husband's mother leave in a hospital gown, naked, even though she lived there. There was absolutely no respect for the person or her dignity. It's appalling, sad, and shameful.
