We arrived 10 mins early for a simple blood test and missed the appointment due to long queues at the registration desks. There were 3 staff ‘working’ but in reality only one lady was dealing with patients while the other two spent their time discussing vacations and the birthdays of their relatives! The hospital could so easily automate this process and make the entire patient experience so much more efficient and save our tax money being spent on idle staff!
