Unacceptable behavior from the staff serving meals. My wife, who is hospitalized for addiction and depression, was belittled by the two people serving meals. She simply asked them to set her plate aside, and they both snickered, showing her complete disrespect. She was devastated afterward, and they didn't even apologize. It's unfortunate that this kind of person can work in a place like a hospital. These people are not suited to working with people, let alone people in distress. We know that the world isn't only full of kind people, but in this kind of place, it should be. I hope management will take the necessary steps to ensure this kind of incident doesn't happen again. My wife is a wonderful person, and she doesn't deserve to be treated this way. Shame on them!

Day hospital in Pulmonology... you don't go there for pleasure, and yet... the smiles, the kindness, the empathy, and the expertise, it's all there! What more could you ask for?? Thank you to Dr. Pronost's team for everything. I'll be back! 🤣🤣

The problem with hospital emergency rooms, here as in Quimper (and perhaps elsewhere, I don't know...), is that the urgency only applies to the patient, less so to the doctors. So you wait for the healthcare workers who are there, who come and go, who are undoubtedly doing their best. More than three hours for 15 minutes of treatment (three stitches, two of which won't even hold), even though there were only two of us in the waiting room. Okay, let's be charitable, there probably isn't enough staff. Ugh!... And I'm only talking about the emergency room, but I won't even mention the wait times for radiology appointments, for example, where you have to leave a message to be called back. Let's stay optimistic!

The EMERGENCY!!! That's the name of it - 5-hour wait. Arrived at 12 pm, left at 4:45 pm without waiting for the results. No one in the waiting room or examination room. The nurses and reception staff were very good, the radiologist was excellent - however, the doctor on duty who examined me, hiding behind the computer, didn't deign to give an explanation. The nurses, at the front, tried to keep me occupied. With no results after a 5-hour wait, I had to go to another center.
