I want to express my immense gratitude to Ms. Briand, Dr. Helard, and the care teams for their kindness, dedication, compassion, and professionalism towards my mother and the other residents. Despite the phenomenal workload and the lack of financial, material, and human resources, you always do your utmost to ensure that each resident feels comfortable and well cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication in the face of life situations that can be extremely complex. You are truly deserving of praise (a thought for David, Julie, and their fellow nurses, caregivers, and home health aides at Rives 2) 🍀

Very good care from the medical teams upon arrival. Nurses and staff attentive even if they are sometimes overwhelmed. Having experienced establishments in the Paris region for the family, the service is really very good.

Grande capacité d'accueil, animations et services proposés aux résidents. Le personnel est à l'écoute mais comme dans beaucoup de lieux hospitaliers, ils sont en effectif très insuffisant et font ce qu'ils peuvent sans la reconnaissance de leur hiérarchie, c'est bien dommage
