One month of immense satisfaction. The staff is very attentive, calm, and soothing to the residents. Residents' autonomy is respected. Daily activities are offered during the week. The food is exceptional. The premises are very clean and the living space is very pleasant. A wonderful opportunity for my father, who tells me he feels very comfortable there. Thank you to the entire team at the nursing home, keep up the good work! 👏👏👏👏

Unpleasant

I don't have a name, but the person who answers the phone at the CCAS (Social Action Center) is extremely unpleasant, let me explain. I called to inquire about a possible internship, and the person who answered seemed rude (no response to a greeting). Then, she asked me to submit my request by email (in a curt tone, of course). It's been six months and I'm still waiting for a callback or a reply to my email...

The floors in the rooms are sticky, the staff are barely visible, and when you point out that the cleanliness of the accommodation is lacking, they blame the elderly. And I'm not even talking about the activities that are just posted and not mentioned to people who may have difficulty reading or who don't know where the information is and therefore spend all day doing nothing.
