This establishment is extremely difficult to contact. Patients have to adapt to the staff's mood. If it's a good day... well, that's something! Anyway...

The facility is clean. The staff is attentive and full of empathy. Thank you for all the attention you give to my mother. Communication with the family is excellent. And congratulations on the coordination between the EPDH, the residential care home, and the hospital.

I disagree with the previous reviews. The Faouet hospital has a high-quality medical service and excellent patient care, with a wonderful and dedicated nursing team. Despite the staff shortages in hospitals, my father had a very peaceful end of life. My family and I are very satisfied with the care he received. Thank you again for everything, and the hygiene is impeccable.

The staff were friendly, but the hygiene in the room was sometimes deplorable: the floor was filthy and sticky, and that's not an exaggeration. Even very elderly residents have the right to decent hygiene, especially since they are much more vulnerable than others. The price is high for services that are sometimes inadequate. Our parents deserve better.
