What a team! It is our grieving family who wish to sincerely thank the entire team, day and night, in the orchard area, for their professionalism, empathy, kindness, and compassion. A team always so attentive to their "Lulu" and her entire family. She spent over four years (including the Covid period) filled with activities, entertainment, and outings in clean and welcoming surroundings. Yes, but it's not my choice. I'm trying to return to Rouen, to an independent living residence, which is being refused by the guardianship authorities for some unknown reason, despite a damning 10-year guardianship order.

Hello, If I'm giving it a 5-star rating, it's because it's well-deserved. My 97-year-old mother stayed there for two years (she died with dignity). My 72-year-old sister, who is very disabled and in palliative care, is surrounded by a very competent team (caregivers, nursing assistants, medical team, etc.). They showed me a lot of empathy. Oh my god!!! What a lack of empathy. My grandmother stayed there for a few years, seemingly just average years, neither excellent nor extremely bad, but then, after her death, I called for more information: "Well, your grandmother hadn't been well for some time, and she died because of it." I'll spare you the rest of the more personal conversation, but how cold and cold! A minimum of civility should be present even in death. Just because someone is a nurse doesn't mean they can get away with anything! I'm disgusted by these dismissive responses to my questions.
