EHPAD Résidence Bellevue à CAMBES

It's a very welcoming and caring place for our parents to live. The staff are very attentive to the residents' well-being and are also very friendly and energetic. The reception for families is also welcoming, and we receive all the information about our parents' activities every month. Everything is transparent, and I have complete confidence in the care my mother receives.

Hello, I'm Nadine Cloutet, daughter of a resident who recently passed away. My family and I would like to thank Mrs. Larrere, director of the nursing home, and all the staff for their impeccable support, professionalism, and guidance. They were present at the funeral. We recommend this facility.

This facility is not suitable for people with disabilities. Not enough staff (apparently). Mom was visually impaired and rarely left her room except for our visits. Nothing is really planned for people with disabilities, and they find themselves very alone. She switched to blended food under the pretext of choking; she never made any with our super-large cakes... strange, but hey, so much easier when there's not enough staff to help them eat... The staff is generally friendly, despite the incompetence of the director, who puts on beautiful fashion shows in the hallways! Finally, considering the quality of life of the residents, this facility remains excessively expensive.

A very bad experience for us. The hygiene provided to bedridden residents is deplorable. Residents fall because of insufficient supervision, and to top it all off, my grandmother's clothes/jewelry were stolen, even though they were kept in a safe... 😔 If you want to shorten the life of your loved one, or if they are facing a disgusting end to their life, this facility is perfect for that!!!! A disgrace.

The hall is magnificent, and rental is reserved for residents of Cambes. The view of the Garonne River is stunning, even on a cloudy day. There's a multi-sports pitch nearby, but the catering area is a bit small. (Catering is mandatory to reserve this hall.)
