You shouldn't just focus on getting good Google reviews, but rather on caring for the employees and residents, as they are the ones suffering from the poor management of this establishment. The team is fantastic; it's a shame they aren't supported and listened to. The management is failing. I remind you that you're not running a factory; you're taking care of human beings. Please reflect on your actions.

Despite everything we hear about retirement homes these days, I'm completely satisfied with this facility. My mother has been there for a few months, and I have nothing to say except that the staff is admirable and caring towards her and the other residents. Bravo to all the staff for being there for our elders; thank goodness there are people like you all to take care of them.

Despite the caring staff, this nursing home is completely unsuitable for the medical care of very elderly people. Unfortunately, their end of life is hastened and in poor conditions... (no encouragement to walk, wheelchair use all day, diapers applied to a continent person, no treatment for lower limb edema). It's impossible to speak to the doctor unless you're the person designated as your primary contact upon admission.

My wife was in this facility for over four years before she recently passed away. I wanted to leave a review because the staff are attentive and truly professional. The residence is very secure, the activities offered are varied, and there are two doctors on-site who are always available. They took excellent care of my wife, who suffered from severe cognitive impairment, always with a smile and genuine kindness. I thank the staff again for their high-quality care.

After an initial meeting with the director, I chose to enroll my father there because the facility specializes in residents with cognitive impairments. The residents are not neglected, and activities are offered every day, including weekends. The management team is very friendly, always open, and accessible. As for the staff, the secretaries are always very welcoming, and the caregivers are always kind and caring towards the residents. Every request is answered and addressed. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence.
