This facility is a disaster. My grandmother was admitted at the end of 2025. In just one month, her condition deteriorated drastically. There was no oversight from the staff regarding medication (my grandmother suffers from memory loss). There was no response when the elderly person began to show signs of distress. The staff didn't communicate. And the doctor didn't know his patients. As a result, my grandmother turned jaundiced and came very close to death. The doctor didn't even bother to order blood tests to check her liver function. We spent a month fighting with the staff to finally get her transferred to a hospital. Because, of course, it never occurred to them that this woman's condition was catastrophic. But the worst part was the day of the transfer. They had the brilliant idea of putting a disabled person, who couldn't even sit up, in a taxi for an hour-long journey when an ambulance was clearly needed. She was alone in the back of the car, in excruciating pain. Not a single staff member thought to ask us to come and accompany her, at least for the ride. When we arrived at the hospital, of course, my grandmother had vomited all over herself. She spent the entire trip screaming in agony. The taxi driver was in shock. He didn't even have a stretcher or any other means of assistance. She could have died on the road because of you! You almost killed my grandmother! The hospital staff were devastated! They even advised us to file a complaint! It's as if these people never care about elderly people. They have no consideration for families or patients. Because yes, they are patients, not residents. This charade of nursing homes doesn't work on me. If you agree to take in elderly people with illnesses and fragile health, and assure families that you have staff on-site to provide them with assistance and care, then do your job or close your facility and go run retirement camps! I feel sorry for the few well-intentioned people who work there. Because I've clearly seen that the lack of resources is making them hate their jobs. I'd like to end by saying that I hate you. And I'll make sure everyone knows it. Because in less than a month, you've brought more unhappiness to my family than in my grandmother's entire life.

A well-designed, recently built facility with attractive furnishings and a hidden garden (where I picked daffodils). The staff are friendly, but the residents aren't always in perfect harmony.

I find it a clean and welcoming retirement home. There are plenty of activities available to residents. The staff is friendly.

My mother has been in this residence for almost two months now. I appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and empathy of everyone who works there, in all areas: medical, paramedical, activities staff, and reception, overseen by its very attentive director. The bright rooms with their small private terraces are well laid out. My mother has regained her smile and seems rejuvenated. Thank you all for your patience and dedication.
