3 years of positive experience in this Alzheimer's unit where Mom resided. The welcome in this peaceful establishment is warm, comforting and the staff and doctors are caring, attentive, human and the medical equipment is recent and adapted to the residents... Mom was very well cared for and taken care of, we were informed at all times of her care and her state of health. We thank you all very warmly and will not fail to speak of your establishment in glowing terms because you fully deserve it. Bravo for your courage and your patience, you have a difficult job but full of humanity, Mom was able to end her life peacefully.

Hello, If you love your parents or grandparents, don't put them there. AVOID Because they don't cater to the needs of the elderly. They fall and hurt themselves. They leave them bleeding. They don't even disinfect, and they don't even notify the family. I found my grandmother drooling and the pill that had leaked from noon, even though I went to see her at 2:30 p.m. I'm the one who bathes her. They let them waste away in their room. They only come by for snacks. They leave them in their own urine and feces. It's unacceptable to do that. They have no kindness. If you want to lose your loved ones, go there faster because it's a death trap.

I have very fond memories of this care home. There's a great atmosphere, it's lively. The staff are attentive and reassuring. Their radiant smiles are heartwarming. I highly recommend it!

I had my mother admitted to the Valmyle nursing home on April 27, 2022. She was welcomed with great kindness and warmth, but over the months I realized that it was just smoke and mirrors. Disappearance of equipment brought by the family, damaged clothing for the director and staff. It is not anyone's fault, no coordination between them. From June 9, 2024 to June 25, 2024, my mother suffered three incidents with admission to the emergency room, facial injuries and a major wound on both hands. Again, no one wants to take responsibility. I would like to point out that my mother is in a protected living unit. Where is the supervision? Where is the professionalism of the staff? To anyone who wants to place a loved one, I do not recommend this nursing home (to be avoided).
