Positive aspects: pleasant staff, easy navigation within the departments thanks to good signage, large parking lot. Negative aspects: appointment made by phone, so upon arrival I took a consultation slip and was told I wouldn't see a doctor because I hadn't requested one! After the examination, the nurse printed the results and asked me to take my file to the relevant department so it could be reviewed by a doctor. The department took my file and told me the results would be sent. It took four weeks and three phone calls before my file was sent to me with a handwritten note from the doctor, barely legible and full of technical terms. The parking is paid, which is unusual for a public hospital. It's easy to get in, but getting out is a challenge!
