Positive aspects: pleasant staff, easy navigation within the departments thanks to good signage, large parking lot. Negative aspects: appointment made by phone, so upon arrival I took a consultation slip and was told I wouldn't see a doctor because I hadn't requested one! After the examination, the nurse printed the results and asked me to take my file to the relevant department so it could be reviewed by a doctor. The department took my file and told me the results would be sent. It took four weeks and three phone calls before my file was sent to me with a handwritten note from the doctor, barely legible and full of technical terms. The parking is paid, which is unusual for a public hospital. It's easy to get in, but getting out is a challenge!

I arrived at the emergency room in the middle of the night, brought in by the fire department (by the way, a huge thank you to them, professional, efficient, and reassuring 👌). Despite the obvious overload (a long wait), the emergency team was impeccable: they provided follow-up and support until they were sure I could leave safely. A big thank you to the entire team, day and night, for their professionalism and compassion.

Thanks to the staff at the Melun maternity ward, my second birth will remain unforgettable 🩷 The teams are so kind. I went through my contractions with a midwife (Manon, I think) who stroked my thigh and gave me strength and courage with her reassuring words. The staff is overwhelmed due to the closure of the Quincy maternity ward, and yet they are lovely, offer invaluable advice, and are truly caring and present. I thank the entire team, including the orderlies who are incredibly kind, the cleaning staff who always come into the room with a smile, and the anesthesiologist who was very reassuring during my blood patch. You are the best ❤️ and you give expectant mothers the best confidence ❤️

Too many parking lots, but the food was delicious
