Over 12 hours of waiting in the emergency room. It was impossible to get food or water for my wife. When she asked for a painkiller, they told her "later," but "later" was never mentioned. No one knew. No one ever checked on her to see how she was or if she needed anything. The staff clearly didn't think the people in the hospital needed compassion. At reception, they politely led her to believe someone would come to see her, even though no one had been informed of her presence or her request after an hour: a truly remarkable way of making her feel like she was bothering them. If my wife hadn't been in respiratory distress, we would have left a long time ago. I deeply regret coming to this hospital and strongly advise against it.

**** DANGEROUS ESTABLISHMENT ***** I can't give this a zero star rating. *****The management of this establishment should be prosecuted. **** Some facts that should be publicized: - Amputation of a patient's wrong foot due to gangrene!! This poor man died before the right foot could be amputated. A client told me about the unfortunate end of his recently retired best friend. - Incorrect chemotherapy protocol used on a patient suffering from lung cancer but who also suffered from serious cardiovascular conditions treated by this same hospital, resulting in an ocular stroke that went undiagnosed after 8 hours in the emergency room, and they asked him to leave on his own at 15-20. This patient (my father-in-law), due to this inability to react quickly and his inability to make an accurate preliminary diagnosis, suffered an ocular stroke. He is now blind in one eye. Legal action was taken, and the hospital's liability was proven. - Very recently, my daughter was diagnosed with a severe sprain with bone avulsion in the emergency room, and prescribed a splint for two weeks. The man who gave this diagnosis was actually training a colleague. However, after a day, my daughter no longer complained of anything. The physiotherapist confirmed that there was nothing wrong with her ankle after looking at the X-rays (which we had to go get from the hospital, which had provided nothing). Our hypothesis is that the doctor analyzed the wrong X-ray. I've been watching this hospital decline for decades. In addition to its astonishing dilapidation and its organization at the lowest existential level, this establishment has become dangerous. I wouldn't wish anyone to set foot in it. With this opinion, I hope I've saved lives.

Zero! This establishment reflects the state of hospitals in France! It is better to go to a neighboring country for treatment. My grandmother has been in the hospital for 4 days without any doctor coming to explain what she has. We are told an operation on such and such a day and in the end it is not possible. No bottle of water, patient who remains agin while the operation is not done.... Mr. Macron should come and see the disaster of the health of the French!!!!

Very good hospital, the wait was very long, but at the same time, it's normal. The caregivers are overwhelmed and they're not forced to do anything. If only some people could understand, I wish all the staff at this hospital great happiness, courage, and better working conditions. For me, they deserve better working conditions and pay. And for me, it's unacceptable to ask caregivers to reimburse their bonuses. All work deserves a salary. I wholeheartedly agree with you.
