My family and I are extremely satisfied with the La Maison des Augustines nursing home in Meaux. The care team is attentive, professional, and always available to answer our questions. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the activities offered are varied and tailored to the residents. We are reassured knowing that our loved one is in good hands. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and kindness.

This facility offers a very comfortable stay for residents (spacious and well-equipped rooms and showers). The shared spaces and rooms are tastefully decorated, which is evident from the moment you arrive. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is welcoming and attentive to the elderly residents and their families. The Director is welcoming and readily available. All of this helps alleviate my concerns about my mother's well-being. I'm not giving it 5 stars because, as everywhere, there are always areas for improvement, even though I'm very happy with my choice of facility. 😉

A team that inspires confidence, both in terms of management and reception, as well as the care and support staff. Everything was done to welcome my aunt in the best possible conditions.

We thank the staff at Les Augustines for their kindness and daily dedication in caring for my grandmother during her stay, especially given the measures taken in response to Covid. The activities they provided and the care they gave her helped her stay in good spirits!
