This residence is a disaster. The director agrees to an admission, then strings us along until it's ultimately a no. She makes patients travel from the hospital to the Les Roses residence for an interview that lasts less than 20 minutes. The director, who shirks her responsibilities, asks her secretary to tell us the decision she made without explaining the reason for the refusal. When we try to call her back, she's never available, and when we finally get her on the phone to ask why the decision was denied, she tells us she doesn't have to justify it. My relative, who was supposed to go to this residence, can't go even though she lives in Veneux, practically next door. It's appalling because the director is depriving her of that place, thus depriving her of her family, her grandchildren, etc. In short, the secretary is very kind and professional, but the residence director is neither professional nor ethical. Flee the residence of this incompetent director who says she wants what's best for the family and the retirees.

I am very satisfied with the welcome and services offered by this establishment. Contrary to some reviews, I have always found the team, as well as the director, to be professional, available, and attentive. The premises are pleasant and well-maintained, and I feel reassured by the quality of the support provided. I highly recommend this establishment for the quality of its support and its welcoming environment.

My mother has been in this facility for two and a half years, and I would like to thank all the staff at the residence who are attentive and caring. A smiling and pleasant activity leader accompanies them for activities. The friendly, helpful and pleasant director runs the EHPAD as well as the independent living residence. This is an establishment that I recommend without hesitation.

Run away! The director is never reachable and does not take responsibility with a lack of professionalism. Does not take responsibility for her decisions!!! And threatens us when we ask for information! I am glad that my mother is not accepted in this establishment because at the slightest problem, I do not know how the problem would be handled. For the exorbitant price, we have much better elsewhere. (one star is not even deserved)

My mother-in-law has been living there for seven months and feels very comfortable. It's a small studio but has a large terrace with room for a table, parasol, planters, etc. Four meals a week are included, with a choice of options. It's very well heated, perhaps even a little too well...
